Refund Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

This policy explains refunds for Wordwreath Premium, provided by [company name to come] ("we", "us") at https://wordwreath-game.pages.dev. It is part of our Terms of Service, and you'll be asked to accept both before you buy anything.

The short version

  • Premium subscriptions and purchases aren't open yet, so nobody can be charged today.
  • When purchases open, refunds will be handled by the seller named at checkout. We'll name them here and in our Terms before anyone can buy.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
  • In the EU, EEA, Switzerland and UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a one-off purchase (such as Lifetime) or the first payment of a subscription, unless you agreed to get access straight away and have started using paid features.
  • Charged by mistake? Contact us at [contact to come] and we'll fix it.

This summary is for convenience. The full policy below is what applies.

1. Who sells Premium

Premium isn't on sale yet, and nobody can be charged today. When purchases open, your order will be handled by the seller named at checkout, which will also handle refunds. Before anyone can buy, we'll update this page and our Terms of Service to name that seller and explain exactly how to ask for a refund.

2. What you can buy

  • Premium monthly: $3.99 a month (plus any applicable tax), charged every month until you cancel.
  • Premium yearly: $24.99 a year (plus any applicable tax), charged every year until you cancel.
  • Founder lifetime unlock: $39.99 (plus any applicable tax), a one-time payment with no renewals. "Lifetime" means for as long as Wordwreath runs.

None of these are on sale yet. Subscriptions aren't open, so nobody can be charged today.

3. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time, except where required by law. This applies to subscription payments and to one-time purchases such as the lifetime unlock.

If you get a refund, access to the paid features covered by that payment ends. If we end your Premium subscription without cause, you'll be refunded for the unused part of your current billing period, as our Terms of Service explain.

4. Customers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and UK

You have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days and get a full refund. This applies to a one-off purchase (such as the lifetime unlock) and to the first payment of a subscription. It doesn't apply to later renewals, except where local law says otherwise.

You lose this right once you've agreed at checkout to get access straight away and you've started using the paid features.

Customers in some other countries have similar rights under local law, and those rights apply whatever this page says.

5. Mistaken charges and things that don't work

If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled), or a paid feature doesn't work and we can't fix it, contact us at [contact to come] and we'll make it right.

6. How to ask for a refund

Purchases aren't open yet, so there's nothing to refund today. When they open, this section will explain exactly how to ask the seller named at checkout for a refund. Until then, questions go to [contact to come].

7. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time, and we'll explain exactly how when subscriptions open. When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling stops future payments; it isn't a refund of past ones.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing on this page limits your rights under consumer protection law. Where the law gives you more than this policy, the law applies.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. A change won't take away a refund you were already entitled to for a payment made before it.
